The first match of 2008, great weather, nine shooters, and lead flying; the makings of another great year. Congratulations to Steven Lunsford Jr. who took the High Master class along with the overall match winner with a score of 772-14x on a 800 aggregate match, that’s some excellent shooting. Barry Postell took the Master class, Chris Bicking took the Expert class, Ken Paige the Sharpshooter class, and Chris Maney took the Marksman class; great shooting fellers, congratulations!

Steven Lunsford Jr. took the 20 round any rifle/any sight fun match at the end of the High Power match. Excellent shooting with a very strong wind, Steven still shows that 308 will shoot! Be sure to keep this match in mind and come on out for next month’s match. So come on out, get in on the fun while you can. See you then, and remember, keep your powder dry!
