The Watauga Gun Club would like to invite you to

300 Yard High Score Benchrest Match Number 6

Saturday June 2, 2007 at the Watauga Gun Club

This match will be a 2 match agg, shooting both light gun and factory class in the morning with a break and shooting both classes again, averaging both targets to determine the winners.

The targets will be the IBS 300 yard score targets. Each target is a 5 shot target with 1 sight-in target.

This match is open to all shooters, with 2 classes, IBS light gun, and a factory class. Factory class will allow bedding, adjustment of the factory trigger and muzzle breaks. Factory class may shoot off of sand bags or bipods. Light gun class will follow IBS rules for front and rear rests. No IBS points awarded for this match and no guns larger than 40 caliber. Make sure you use a spotting scope or are able to see your shots through your rifle scope.

Match registration will be the morning of the match, 8 am until 9 am, relays assigned first come first assigned. The relays will start as soon as registration and the shooters meeting are over.

The range will be open on Friday June 1 st for practice and sight-in from 12 noon until 6 pm. Weather permitting, no rainout dates scheduled for either practice or the match.

The cost of the match for the day will be $15 for one gun and $25 for two guns. Trophies will be awarded for the top 3 shooters in each class, and a 2 gun Grand Champion Trophy for the top shooter that shoots both classes.

A lunch will be provided for a small fee.
